I did not even play it much. I bought it, activated it on my UPLAY account, game worked fine. Played a hour or two, then deinstalled it for later since i had a lot of other games still to finish.

After a few months i reinstalled the game, started it and was greeted by the game asking me for the serial key at the title screen. I entered the key and the game told me 'this key is already in use by another Uplay account'. And that was it. Never was able to play the game again after that and the Ubisoft Support literally said ' we dont know, we cant help you, sorry'. Sometimes support staff need to be reminded that their job is to help you and not just to to close your ticket as quickly as possible. Have you tried telling them in very plain language that their response is not acceptable, that if they are unable to provide help, then the matter needs to be escalated and a resolution found? Your regular ticket monkey might not be able to help, but their manager might be more willing to acknowlege that not being able to play a game you paid, for due to their bug at their end, isnt acceptable.
