This is a Fantastic Alvarez Yairi DY-77. This guitar was built in 1989, and is in exceptional condition There are no cracks or breaks. The neck is straight. The fretboard is in great shape, with 95% left on the frets. The top is flat. The bridge is solid and intact.
Light scratches under proper lighting, with a very minor check mark- shaped indention on the upper bout (shown in pics). Nice low action at 3 / 32 at the 12th fret. The binding has no separation. Up for sale, a vintage 1982 Alvarez Yairi DY79 jumbo acoustic guitar. This guitar has pick marks and play wear here and there (mostly on the top). There is also one finish chip on the top.
